HMX mutants

heey,
when you shoot at mutants they normaly slow down or smash back but in HMX not..
is it something that needs to be patched or is it just HMX?

  Its heromode x but the power of the guns are at240 %

  sow the smash back is replaced by the huge damage ow ok
