The ping just jumps around alot, mostly on which server youre in.. and yea im from tennessee but the us south server is my best, so try one of the us servers instead of alpha, bravo, etc

Higher ping times can be caused by a number of things. Often it's caused by congestion in the chain of connections between your computer and the cf servers. If one node experiences a problem, the packets may need to be rerouted through addition border routers. To make a long story short: there isn't much you can do about it.

They should make more channels?

but that's weird because not everybody has the lag problem even though they are in the same region.
