Anyone can still make a Z8Games account. Z8Games remains an international service, so anyone worldwide with an internet connection and the knowledge to read and write can create an account.
They however cannot play on the account if they are in a red region (IP Restricted) to this version if the account was created after the date of the restriction placements.
More to the point of your topic though, Egyptians are not banned in the slightest, none of Africa is except for one very small part.

Excuse me, but Swaziland is approximately 100 miles in length and width, so 7 miles would only apply to the periphery of the country. The largest city, by the name of Mbabane, I think it is, is approximately 20 miles away from the border. Additionally, there ARE vehicles there besides feet.

I do believe you would need a passport, which would be very difficult to obtain considering that the average GDP per capita is $5,200 USD (Okay, I used CIA Factbook for that -.-) and that Swaziland is a periphery (third-world) country.
Blargh, time to talk about stuff that no one cares about. Swaziland is a periphery country because the age structure of the population shows a large percentage under 15 years of age, and a low percentage over 65 years of age. Additionally, the birth rate is very high, indicating large families and a lack of education in women. The infant mortality rate is also extremely high (59.57) and the life expectancy is fairly low (49.42 years). Finally, the very large margin between men and women in statistics such as GDP per capita, and the very small margin between men and women in life expectancy (large gap indicates more education in women, lower birth rate, and smaller families, which all indicate development).
TL;DR
It probably wasn't important, I'm just bragging about my knowledge of this. -

I pulled the statistics straight from the internet, which can easily be pulled up in a flash, as you stated, however, analyzing the data and determining how it relates to the country cannot be pulled up in a flash -

So now we have moved on from Egypt and to hackers and them creating new account by circumventing the IP ban (if applicable) -

Well technically this is possible, hackers these days don't use injectors to inject a .dll file into crossfire. They simply rename there .dll file to "SndDrv.dll" and it auto-injects into crossfire. You will get a message like "Could not find suitable .SND sound driver. Execution may terminate.." Simply press "Ok" then it gets around the message..:(, Then again how long does it take to reinstall crossfire 30 mins max? there's no point. -
