So Will the Ping Problem Be Fixed?

Since I don't see any thread about this anymore, I am afraid Z8 would assume the problem is gone. I'm just reminding them that this problem still lingers and it's annoying.

Problem Description:
1. Overall ping increases.

2. Sometimes you lose control over your controls, such as keyboard and mouse. Ex, if you press left, your character continues to go left even when you let go of the keyboard.

3. Not all players have this problem.

4. This problem has nothing to do with what region you are in, people from Germany, UK, US, and I live in Canada are all experiencing this lag.

5. Not all players in the same region have the lag. My friend lives near my house and his ping is fine.

6. The lag occurs only in maps. This means that in the login menu, lobby, black market, storage, room and so on all run normally. But once you are inside a map your controls start to mess up and your ping increases. And this also includes the map "Shooting Range".

Wouldn't #3 and #5 indicate that the problem is more likely on your end? #2 sounds like a hardware issue to me.

I myself am trying to fix the ping problems for central Europe. However it is hard to do so since Z8games and G4box are trying to ignore the problems. For central Europe it is defintely a server sided problem. The provider confirmed that.

Maybe you should contact the provider for the Canadian server aswell. It is Q9 networks as far as I know.

No, my hardware is totally fine. If it's my hardware problem, why does it never have any issues out side the game? My mouse, keyboard work totally fine. My internet connection is also good. I played other games such as AVA or Sudden Attack without any lag so this seems like CF's problem.

As for "not everybody has this problem", I mean there should be many people that have this problem but not necessarily everyone.

But so far, most people that have the lag are from Europe, this is what concerns me. I live near Z8's headquarter, Toronto, and I am receiving this lag, that's very peculiar.
