Name change question

There are players in Crossfire with "..." at the end of their names. I just bought a name change, and when I try to input the new name with "..." at the end, it says I can't do that. How do I put the "..." at the end of my in-game name? I know it's possible because other users have this ending on their names.

I also read that the namechange system doesn't support some characters, but for example, "Minty..." is what Minty (obviously) changed his name to (via the namechange system), so I'm led to believe that the "..." is possible when using a namechange.
