yes, but it does that with each credit card i used in the pass no matter how much money it has on it.

My card works fine on my main and brother's acc, it won't work on my alts for some reason

Assuming you are attempting to pay with a credit card or debit card, this is a sign that your account has been blocked. Email support@buddieshops.com with the account name, dates of attempted transaction, and the last four digits of the card.
