Except the important stuff, like grounding studs and 8-16-24 power pins which kind of go either way if its a bad psu.CrackinDomes wrote: »99% of computer parts can only be plugged in one way. And only fit in specific slots. Really Legos are more challenging.
The power/hdd/stuff cables are kind of a pain too, but a lot of chassi builders ship with a little assembled thingey now.
Not sure if they changed the RAM standard by now but you used to be able to force them in turned the wrong way. Not gonna burn it obviously but attaching RAM is a *****, and troubleshooting if you don't know you've done it wrong.
Anyone can build a PC alone after the first time, but for that first time they're gonna need someone who already did it to avoid the critical issues. -
Let me guess restate my OP. Anyone can build a PC. Will it turn on? Is the other question that would pose a problem.Except the important stuff, like grounding studs and 8-16-24 power pins which kind of go either way if its a bad psu.
