for a ticket to take more than 12 days and still no response??

They usually respond within 1-2 days for me.
Maybe you have a really tough question? lol
All it says is you can only send 2 support tickets every day, have you tried commenting on that ticket?

Yes, perfectly normal. Anyways you should check your sent tickets, then view the details of that last ticket you sent, and if it is closed you won't even get an answer.

I reported hackers... no answer... status is empty (no Open no Replied no Pending no Closed)

This. For anyone who knows, it can possibly take at least a week for a ticket to get looked at. Not likely, but still possible.

As long as you've never done a refund on your account in the past, and as long as the ticket was sent within 48 hours of the exchange, your coupons should come back.

And yes, they may take up to two weeks to be replied on, try replying on your ticket if it's still open.
