I'm going to take a guess and it says the image is bad and it says to contact your manufacturer for the right file. (e.g; )


You might be using the right file, but the file is built for a 64bit architecture, and yours is 32bit architecture.


EDIT;

I see from your thread in technical support you're missing Msvcr80.dll.

This DLL is required to run many Windows applications as it is a base file for the Windows runtime.

Try downloading these packages and see if it helps;

Note that a virus may have removed this file and/or replaced it, if neither of these packages help you should get a personal antivirus such as Avira antivirus and perform a full scan.
