Account stolen!
My friend account was stolen and we don´t know how to recover the account! He spent more than 120 euros in the game and now it was stolen!
We know the name of the account (it was changend) and we have got some pay safe card codes that were spent in the stolen account...
Can something be done?

Fill out everything you know here -
Submit a support ticket, you might be able to get it back, no guarantees though.
Maybe with this your friend will learn the lesson of not sharing personal info with others or downloading hacks.
OK. And what information must i say? Like paysafe card codes...my old password (before it was stolen..)

How was it stolen? In-game, website, trade gone wrong?
Send a support ticket saying what happened and how it happened.
If that doesn't work try this, seems to work.
Phone - 905-415-3808, go the crossfire line if there is one, tell them what happened, they will ask you few question answer them in truth, they then will ask you for your new email and password.
