How to know is reported hacker banned?

I reported several hackers... I hate them so it's pretty long list...
I'm interested how my reports helped this game...
Is there an kind list of banned accounts or something??????

    Nope. They used to have one, but soon saw that it led to flame wars, and was also going to be difficult to maintain.

    Generally all you could do is visit their profile and see if their last play date is stalled and they don't have an honorable Soldier ribbon. Even then you can't be totally sure.

    well i must say that most of hackers still play and have ribbon... thanks A LOT mods...
    guy shoot at me through 2 walls... shoots... finally after 10 sec shooting kills me with HS... :S

    all that in CW...
    and he still plays... have ribbon...

    what is the message for me?

    dont be a fool no more... dont save replays and watch replays... find round where hack is ON... dont report...
    it's no use !!!
