It's more likely to be a bug. Why would you lose points for winning (Even taking into account the ranks). So can the rank 1 team never get any points?

Also the points are based off of which group you are in I think not the exact rank (those groups like - master, elite, diamond etc.)
I still think we shouldn't lose points should just be a 0 point for fighting much lower ranks. -
Whats the point -.- losing points for fighting a clan with lower rank when you dotn even know its a lower rank , you have to look up every single clan you ever play against ?
Yes, that is the most annoying thing ever. Should have a designated strat-caller, as well as specific weapon users, and now someone to check on every opposing clan that you verse? Just ridiculous. -

We actually do that.
One of us (Usually Gods) will look up the other players clan rank and to see if they have Honor ribbon before playing them.
Really annoying being unable to know that info ingame. -

Depends on your rank and if your clanmates have honor ribbons as well.
Low rank with out Honor ribbon is very likely to be a hacker.
High rank with out honor ribbon probably doesn't hack. -

that way way you can see which group you are playing
