IF Koreans, Japs, CN (the ones actually in China), and all the other countries aren't supposed to play this version, why do we give them a custom flag namecard? that encourages them to come >.<.
the namecards were part of an event from the world cup...where if you chose the winners name card etc, then you got a prize.
and they have stayed as people like them.
and on your other point, as of some time last year, new accounts cannot be made outside of the areas that z8 has a license for - EG china, japan. so they cannot "come and play".

OR (and heres the more likely) lives in an area in which they are allowed to create an account, and happens to have bad internet and speaks chinese?

why? EU people cannot create new accounts, but people with existing accounts can continue to play? so your EU friends would still be able to play (unless they got banned)
and z8 have the licence for the UK (hence the uk servers) and now SA, hence why people can play from brazil etc...So those areas will remain Green (at least the UK will, and most probably SA too)
this is called CF NA/UK, the NA/uk license is one license as far as i am aware, it is not worth making a seperate version just for the UK. -

Sometime people from other countries just live in USA like meh. I'm Chinese, but I never learn how to read Chinese (Only speak), that's the reason I don't play Crossfire China. (Although they have the Royal version of gun already)
I have it and just guess what everything means, using both pictures and knowledge of how Cross Fire as a game is laid out. Although I will never figure out how the Black Market system there works, as it looks so confusing.
