***server crashing!!!*** help!! Live!~!

Lately servers have been crashing. When I was in game I started playing. Then lag started for 3 sec. And Then fail to connect to server. I got this mesage for like every game I was playing. From mutation mode to clan wars. I have kept on encountereing this issue. What I have tried to resolve it. I tried with wifi. Dosent work. I tried with changing IP. Dosent work. I tried going to the library. Dosent work. I tried in a school (very strong internet) dosen't work. I keep on getting it! This is an emergency! Please help me thank you. MENY PEOPLE ON FORM ALSO GOT THIS ISSUE!!
FROM ALL OF THE EXAMPLES. Some one has crashed the server. When I use to play Sodier Front or Combatarms. Its the same thing. Lag then your out.

Mutation( ALOT EVERY GAME)
Clan War(ONCE)
Team Death(ALOT)
Elemation(other people said yes)
Search And Destroy(LIMITED SOMETIMES).
Ghost Mode(OFTEN)
