Need help,crossfire not working.

My friend got some problems with cf and isn't as good in english as i am and doesn't know how to use forums and such,i translate what he told me:

After I start cf and join a match,I can play 5 minutes without problems,then my char stops moving or keeps running/shooting/jumping etc without me doing anything.It takes a few seconds until I can play with it normally again.Then,like 1 minute later,the same happens,it takes a few seconds for me to be able to move around normally again.The same happens over and over.I tried reinstalling,doesn't help.
On my laptop(I also have cf installed there) it always worked just fine,but now,after I start cf_patcher,it stops loading at 90% of the HGW Watcher and I get the following error:file has changed
Also tried to reinstall,doesn't help.

I hope anyone can help him,since I never had problems like this,so I can't help him out.
