Uhm, I've sent in a ticket to change my security question and answer and they asked me for my last transactions and I gave it to them. Now I'm on my third day in waiting. About how long does it take? When will they change my information?

Well, considering today and yesterday were non-working days, I'd expect another one to three if it all works out.

Edit: I'm assuming Canadians don't get off for President's day/
