Cut is in game during play ??

What is the reason which can be found behind the cut image while playing ???... Is there a reason in my internet or may be in my (pc) & How to solve this problem ???? and this problem with me only or Does one have such a problem ???... this makes it difficult to enjoy when play help me plzzzzzz .. thanks
