Awesome. Not. MOPAY ZP issues

I was charged for three MOPAY Calls which I never received the ZP for (done on the 13th). I sent in a support ticket, and they closed it, without a reply or anything.

There goes $30.

I can't drive, too young. My only actual way to purchase ZP efficiently is via mobile, and MOPAY Call seemed to have the best offers, so I used it. I'll send another ticket I suppose. ;/

haha I walk to the mall to buy UGC's usually. Verizon isn't supported for zp

Have you tried talking to MOPAY instead of Z8 first?

Thanks. I've realized that I used the wrong form to contact about billing issues, so now I've resent the ticket in that form. Hopefully I get some response.

Umm... as I said, it would be best to try to contact MOPAY before attempting to initiate conversation with Z8. From what I've experienced in the past, the providers were the ones at fault in some way.

same for me i sent two support tickets and they was closed...i used one mopay messege but never received zp...

Like 9 has said, try contacting MOPAY as they are the vendor that charged you.

prepaid cards are much better for example paysafecard,no problems with it.

I use UGC no problems there you don't need to go to the mall just get your parents to go buy one or go down there on a weekend and buy

I've always used zong phone payments without problems and the zp is awarded instantly.They also give the best rates from what i've seen.

But the phone payments are the trickiest, as you have the largest chance for a chargeback

I always buy a prepaid sim card so you can immediately see if transaction was successful.Here in germany for 8euro vodafone CallYa sim cards give you 16euro credit as new customer.Then with zong they have an option for 14.99 for around 20500zp.I've done this with about 4sims cards each time the money has been taken from prepaid sim leaving me 1euro left and the zp arrived immediately then I've just thrown the sim cards away and put my normal sim card back in.

Note:Of course these sim cards only work if you have an unlocked phone.
