as aRush said above he had 21 including the ribbon for 20 ribbons
so the perfect case is he lost his HONORABLE SOLDIER ribbon for any reason and with that he loses the MY RIBBONS ARE MADE OF CRYSTAL ( now it's 19)
then sure he reset his stats which might have lost him AN ARMY OF ONE (now 18)
and he could easly sell any of his weapons coz they are less than 15 so he lost his ribbon GUN HOBBYIST (now they are 17 only)

but once the gun is there in ur account it will stick even if u lose the ribbons

he should send them a support ticket it must be a bug

These aren't bugs.

Some ribbons are calculated in real time.

If a ribbon says you need a certain number of kills and you use your reset kills/deaths then it will affect that ribbon. This is obvious.

The non obvious thing however is the prize giveaway. It would be too taxing to go in to the game every day and look at all accounts who meet the 20 ribbon requirement (in real time) and remove the prize and the ribbon each day.

The 20 ribbon prize (and other permanent prize ribbons) are kept on the account to show that you've at one point achieved that prize.


The system is slightly more complicated than one would normally expect however it is created within the limitations of what we are working with.

i was talking about what happened to angel's friend who lost his I love CF which he got last year
coz it's calculated on the basis of the new one this year

That is up too the Support Team to decide...
Not everyone who has lost the HS Ribbon Hacks.
There are other ways of losing it.
My reason that i lost it was due to Charge Back (Which now i have my HS Ribbon).
Do they give HS Ribbon back? Depends on why it was removed in the first place, then that will decide if you get it back or not... But they do sometimes give it back.

U forgot One Man Army.

How is it that no one noticed that this player lacks the My Ribbons Are Made Of Crystal ribbon? That ribbon is permanent, so if he ever had 20/21 ribbons, it would still be there.

Seeking explanation, otherwise I'm locking in /glitched.
