maaaaann as easy as that.. they already told you the way.. remember wwhere you filled out a survey. then visit THEIR website (they are the ones who pay you, they are your "boss" inj this case). Complain on THEIR website that THEY have to tell z8 to give you the zp. Look into it as a job.. You work for a boss (the company who gives out the survey). if boss likes your work, he will give money to the bank (z8.com in this case) wich will tranfer it to your account.

Your boss didnt pay you? what can the bank do against it? tell you "hey dude, your boss didnt payed any money, go check with him"

They already told you what to do.. maybe you get the point this time?

You complain at the wrong point. Go check the companies out and their website. as long as noone knows where you filld out a survey, noone can really tell you where the support form for their website is.

Just using my common sense. I complained at partnersites aswell, you cant blame z8 for any crap what happens there...

Are you sure you filld out the surveys correctly? some of them need a response like clicking on a link they send you by mail to confirm your email adress.

If you dont confirm those links, you will never get payed by this company for example.

yes thats what i said, anyways, take a screenshot of you completing the survey and sending it to the provider in the need help section or the thing next to it.
