why can I start cf? [video]

cf starts to get weird after every time it patches, and every time i need to re-install the game, why does this happen [and its only on my laptop, regular computer its fine]

my laptop might be crap, but im pretty sure it can handle it

and i cant find much info about the video card + im lazy

I have the same thing as you, except I can login before CF jams.
Also, CF only uses about 600MB of ram, so any modern computer can handle it
