I live in America. but when I go to the game I get an error, the region is not available. What's up?

Quick question, where exactly did you download the CF client? You might have downloaded a client for another version, which you are restricted from.

Ok it looks like that you aren't a computerfreak,
with a proxy u can change your IP

Where did you create the account? Russia, or in America?
Where in America?

He's right. According to your IP address you are connecting from the Russian Federation. That region is not supported by this version of the game.
