ZP and GP crates issues

I've been playing over 3 hours per day to make sure i get the crates and the last 4 days i havent received any although i've played over 4 days ea day. I'm supposed to have 3x ea GP crate and 1x ea ZP crate. I don't know if your facing any techinal issues, because of what i know the end of free crates ends at 24 if im right. What can i do to get my crates? (i'll just wait for the moment till further notice)
