kik without reason or for a fake reason
as we know, there are 2 things are presents in CrossFire: hackers and noobs.
i don't know, who is most dangerous, but i have a proposal for a fans of kick ace (or somebody else) without reason or for a fake reason (http://forum.z8games.com/showthread.php?t=196996):
1. the player, who get kick by voting must have right to save replay of the game and get a protocol of voting.
2. that player can create appeal in CF support web-page, if he know, what he was kicked from the room without reason or for a fake reason.
3. the players, who kick him without reason or for a fake reason must earn 1 warning point (1 WP).
10 WP = 1 day ban of play here. 100 WP = 1 week ban. 500 WP = 1 month ban. 1000 wp = 3 month ban and permanent lose a "HONORABLE SOLDIER" ribbon. 10000 wp - rank of that gamer decreased to "TRAINEE 1".
add-on: WP must not resetted by "Stats Reset Bundle" etc.

What if you think someone is hacking even tho' he doesnt? Some people know how to hide their wallhack or w/e.
It's hard to judge wether someone really thinks that guy is hacking or he's just being mad because he got killed.

But if they are hiding it then you don't actually know they are hacking right? Not unless you are advocating "kicking to be safe" and in the case you would need to kick good players just to be sure.I disagree with the roll backs
what if the player seemed to be hacking but actually was legit ? Happens sometimes when people are randomly spraying and get lucky

People tend to overreact, hence good players are being kicked these days..But if they are hiding it then you don't actually know they are hacking right? Not unless you are advocating "kicking to be safe" and in the case you would need to kick good players just to be sure.

Some people might think this particular person might hack, they don't do it just to don't get killed by good people anymore. -

Most hackers fail even with the hacks.
Unless they are using Aimbot or Shoot through walls, I rarely see a obvious hacker do better then a 1.5 KDR. Makes sense if the main reason to resort to hacking is if the players sucks at the game.
Most good players tho easily get 2.0+ in most games, something about 90% of the ingame community can't do. The reasoning among most players is "If I can't do it then no one else should be able to do it", so when they see a player do much better then them they can only think hack because assuming that the skill level there at is the highest possible and everyone else that does better is a hack is easier then admitting that they fail at the game. -
