Lost account

Excuse me, i have an account that is missing, i am trying to find out whats information on the account is, like the user and password but I cannot figure it out. I have spent a lot of ZP on the account and now I feel that I have wasted my money. The account name is Cftestbugg. I tried retrieving the account by email but my email is blocked and I cannot get into it. Please help me as I have spent a lot of money on this game because I was addicted and it was a very cool FPS Shooter Game. Please try and help me in any way that is necessary. Thank you.
