First of all, remove your login details from that post (if you still can), it's none of our business and we don't need to know them to help you.
Secondly, you can't provide enough info to prove that this really is your account.... You need to be able to reproduce all the other info you gave when registering in order to recover one thing. So if you miss both email and pass, you're out of luck, support won't be able to help you.

Step 5: If you have only one account, you can find all login details there. If you have multiple accounts, you'll need to know the password of the e-mail to make sure it was the e-mail of the correct account. (Which is why 1a would be useful)

Account issues are not handled on the forum anyway. Submit a support ticket here:
http://support.z8games.com/webform_new.aspx
Be sure to include as much proof as you can that it is, in fact, your account. If you have made any purchases on the account be sure to include the transaction ID's.
That being said, I urge all forum users who are having account problems to submit a support ticket rather than create threads.
