TO GMs- FPS Problems

Anyways. Lets get to the point. U guys updated a new mode. Which is great. But It lowers my fps. My fps was usually 230-270. and now its 170 max. and before the update, when i go through smoke. its 170-210. NOW is 40-70. I have heard that the cilent changes the theme to basic to prevent bugs and errors and stuff. But it will affect my gaming experience..I just changed my computer last week. I don't want to throw my computer away so quickly rite now. Can you restore the cilent so it won't change the theme? And no, its not my graphic card's problem because it run everything else fine. The graphic card I have is....Nvidia Geforce GT 520.

Damn man, that's a huge difference...have u tried to reinstall CF?

At least you get over 100 fps, i get 20-30 everyday nonetheless the mode or patches. Only thing that lowers my fps is smoke.

I personally don't think that will work, but perhaps I can give it a try.

Disabling the themes is not / should not be the problem. If anything, it was meant to increase FPS, not lower it in any way.
As stated above, try to re-install, update drivers, etc.
If you continue to have problems, please post your computer specs and details of this event in the tech support section of the forums here.

No...It means alot to me because I just changed my computer last week. I really don't want to see my computer fall to the point I'm going to throw it away.

I've tried millions of times. I'll try reinstalling it. But I really don't think it will be the problem though.
