Very odd/ suspicious problem when re-downloading

Alright so I recently got a File has been modifeied and I went to delete/ uninstall the game and redownload it, and when I download any of the east coast mirrors I get the following errors when I open the .exe.
Errors are listed as they appear.



I would appreciate help as fast as possible.
As another side note this has never happened on any of the other 4-5 computers I have played crossfire on, nor have had any similiar errors to it.
