Clan Page not loading...

So Im trying to join a clan, leave a clan, look up a player, etc.
The page will not load. I can load any other webpage just fine, so I dont understand the error.

I keep getting this error. The other tab is the base clan page, showing the top 10. That loads just fine.

Well, after awhile it worked, then stopped, then started working again.
Not sure whats going on.
