Why i dont get my USP?

Hello guys,
i have a Problem,i want to get the USP by Likin' CrossFire on Facebook. But there's a Problem... "You are not a Fan of CrossFire on Facebook" Please give me the USP. Liking doesn't Work : You are not currently our fan on Facebook. Please click the like button, and then click the Redeem button.
I done this but it still says : You are not currently our Fan on Facebook.

    You could try contacting support about this. Maybe they'll find what went wrong and give you the USP account give me.

    I'am 24 Hours and go to USP is account support

    I had the same problem, and sent a support ticket.
    they replied:

    If you are having problems you can try a few things.
    1. Make sure their browsers allow cookies and pop ups.
    2. Go to your Facebook Application settings and uninstall the application and try again.
    3. Clear your browser cookies and try again.
    4. Try a different browser.

    Please note that there is a limit of 5 USP guns per Facebook ID. So if you have more than 5 accounts with USP handguns you won't be able to get any more on other accounts.

    None of this worked. :/
    idk if I should send another ticket?
