X-trap refuses to start

When i start the game x-trap never trys to innetiate leading to the game never starting ive disabled avast reinstall restarted and everything else and was wondering what could be causes x-trap to never start up?

Yeah ive tried everything it has said it doesn't give me an error at all it just wont start to begin with like its downloaded wrong

Was your antivirus active when you downloaded the installer?

Yes i tried that and left it disabled while starting and it still won't work ive got it added to exceptions and my firewall is even turned off i have Avast but its disabled

ich starte crossfire klapp alles auf einmal kommt schwarz bild und da steht closing client

I just checked my crossfire folder and there was no Xtrap or HGWC folders in it and was wondering why they wouldn't be in there
