How to know if someone is using armor or not ?

In scrim I usually lit 53-56-90-85 alot like a lot ... @.@ am I a noob ? or they r using armor ?
My ping is 20 my FPS is 200 and I saw like 3 - 4 bullets to a guy and I lit him like 53-56 ?
Can anyone tell me how to know if they r using armor or am I just too bad

Even if you shoot them 3-4 times it wouldn't do 53-56... You probably just blow.
