On average, how long between getting our 20th ribbon, and the ribbon " made of crystal" does it take to actually get the custom crystal?

Mine came the day after I had all the required ribbons. But like everyone above said, it should take 1~2 days. ^^

It takes 1 day to get the ribbon and one more day after that to get the M4CC

this is how it works. the systems sees you have 20 ribbons today. so you get the ribbon for m4 CC. tomorrow it sees you have ribbon for m4 cc. You get m4 cc
