How much FPS would this give me?

Depends on what effects are enabled in your settings

But it's capped so 200.

I have a radeon 6450 And i only get about 130-200 in 8v8s, Not sure if the 3000 is worse or not, not really a tech wizard. Just an example

about 100-150.

I used to have that exact processor. You'll get 150FPS steady.

Not a lot, sounds like the 3000 means it's onboard video. Buy a decent video card and you'll get at least 120 in 8v8s.

well at times depends.

Had a laptop with similar stuff, around 200 in big rooms.

its not just dependent on one thing..res, quality, memory, gfx card etc all play a part...so no1 can give you an accurate figure without more details.
