daily mission system: big bug!!!

hi,

I have noticed A GIANT BUG in the mission system. I dont know why, but more than 50% of the times, when i do a mission, the day after that, it still says mission succesfull, even though, when i check the missions label box in-room, the missions have been updated.

For example:
Yesterdays and this mornings mission included a x number of win in map CHINA TOWN TD. (for me it was 5 , at rank of LT , but it varies with the rank )
I finished that mission yesterday afternoon, between 16:00 and 17:00 ( central-european time ) .
Normally, the mission refreshes at noon. But when i log in, it still says "mission succesfull " even though the missions have changed. The china town mission is gone, and new one's are there, but the menu and mission view are not refreshed.

This has been for some time now, but i never realy payed attention to it. BuT it has come to be an incompetent and annoying bug. I have to wait a whole day to get a new mission and can only get about 3 dogtags a week, even i could play every day.
If anyone wants, i can take screenshots next time this occurs. But i swear, its f***** up.

Could someone pls check to correct the code behind it?
