Service is not available to your region

Pls i need help.....i cannot play cf coz it says that the service is not available to my region...I'm leaving now in Agusan del norte..Mindanao...is there any body can help me regarding to this problem?....I really appreciated to those who can give me some idea to this problem.... Thanks...
