Troubles getting ZP with Cellphone Surveys
Heyyy,
So, I'm getting some trouble with my ZP Surveys w/ cellphone. I used a valid cellphone/card and everything appeared as successful, but I didn't get the ZP and the same happened to my friends, can you please give me possibilities on what can make this problem occur? Anyways I've only waited 1h and the aprox. time to receive it is in 30 mins. but I guess I won't receive it because my friends waited 1 week and nothing happened.
If I get the ZP I will tell you.

It is not the first time that I used this method and the other times it worked briliantly, I only had to wait few minutes and I would get my ZP. It is the best FREE way to get large ammounts of ZP, I have friends that got over 300k ZP without paying 1 cent., anyways I received the mesage telling me the code, then in the survey I introduced the code and it worked with success but the ZP didn't appear.
Note that I am talking about FREE ZP Surveys, not Boku Cellphone Charging Method.
I'm from Portugal, just in case that helps.

Contact support and provide the transaction ID / number where it says you were successfully credited.

The support won't help me since they are not affiliated with the survey companies and thay say that first I should try to contact the company... but how is that possible? Surveys are like fake things that are used to scam people, example: Click here to win 1000000€ -.- It's completely senseless to even imagine to contact them. Well I guess I'll just have to deal with it, and I can't be 2 arrogant since I didn't even pay for the ''ZP'', oh well... let's wait for an answer.

Never, never, never, never and never and don't forget that you should Never PAY FOR SURVEYS, they aren't under Z8Games/G4 Box's control, so you can't send support tickets. You still can try to contact the surveys provider's consumer service.
Never pay for surveys, just never. -

I did not and will never pay for surveys, that's absolute madness... I'm just saying that I could've pay for the cellphone cards like Vodafone, the ones that I used and didn't get the ZP. Anyways, contaction the surveys provider is impossible, since most of the surveys I think they are illegal and that's why their servers are normaly located in thir world countries like Israel, Nigeria and Bermudas.
So, my question is: Why didn't I receive the ZP and am I going to get any? -

Well you say that.But just to give an example. I purchased the other day a sim card for 8euro with 16 euro credit.With this credit I registered with 3 mobile surveys all costing 4.99 euro each.Blinkogold 22000zp,Clipmotion14400,zed mobile12000zp.I paid the subscriptions then received my zp.Then as i am fully entitled to do.I then a couple of days later quit the offers for sms's,smileys etc so that i wouldn't be charged again in a weeks time.Threw the sim card away and for all my troubles for 8euro i got over 46000zp in under an hour.
I have always taken screenshots and in the past when the offer didn't pay out I send these to Survey Support from the providers awarded my zp within a couple of days maximum.
BTW These mobile offers were through sometrics in germany.I have used them and other providers(peanut labs,Super rewards etc.) in the past with no problems.You just have to remember to quit the offer before they charge you again to continue using their service.
So I think you've been too hasty to say never.If you are careful and read the small print they can be a very cheap way to earn lots of ZP legitimately.With all this ZP I won another Winchester,M4 patriot,QBZ camo and had enough BP/Coupons to buy Ak silver and deagle gold so i'm happy doing phone surveys. -
I do not own any screen shots, but if I had, who would give me the ZP? Z8 or the Surveys' provider?
The survey provider.When you click the Earn Free ZP button.You have to tick the box accepting that Z8games is not affiliated with the survey providers to proceed. -

Its practically a free 23k zp :P
