my friend acc is stolen yesterday by scammer is ( Rage921)

what i must do for back the acc ?

Click that and include all information you have. Ie. Transaction numbers for purchasing zp, email, old passwords, etc.

send a support ticket. also tell your friends to fill out as much info about his account (ex: ZP purchases, I.P, etc...). Someone got hold of my account not to long ago somehow. i sent a support ticket and they were able to help me. It took a while to get a reply but you have to be patient. Just give it time and see what they say.

You cant really ban the hacker unless you know exactly who the hacker was/is

Did your friend give out his information to the scammer? if so, its not z8's fault its your friends fault for handing it out, otherwise send a support ticket
