Game freezes

My problem is after i download the installer and install the game.when i hit start the gameguard loads and when the cf screen appears it freezes at ''Loading ALL TEXTURES..'
i tried reinstalling the game a couple of times deleting EVERYTHING.i don't have any antivirus,antispyware,firewall or any kind of protection.and the thing is i tried to play on four different computers from different places and it only works on one.the other three freeze on that loading screen.i've unistalled the drivers and updated them and still nothing.
i'm using Ms Windows Professional SP2

PS.I'm not a noob so don't try to be smart with me!!!

Yer but try this: minimise all the windows then in the desktop, right click and then properties and then click settings then advance. when you done them click trubleshoot then something will pop up if your line kind of thing is in none, drag it to full and then save it and then it should work but if it is already in full, then i don't know nothing else because it worked for me

I have the same problem and i'm still trying to solve it.
I'll install my Windows again and aftre that ill instal CF again and so on...im Tired .
