On average, how long does it take for Support to respond?

Usually reply within 24-48 hours.
Are you sure you got your 20th ribbon (my ribbons are made out of crystal)?

It takes support a week + to reply to me normally, guess they hate me too much cause i proof that things they thought happened didn't.
And it takes 24-48 hours to get a ribbon. -
The ribbon I requested info about is the new Exterminator ribbon from last weekends 4 day event. I completed and verified Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays events successfully on the events page, but got home late Saturday night and managed to get 61 minutes of gameplay in between 10:40 PM EST and 12:00. The event page had already rolled the button to "Event is Over" by 12:00, so I could not click the button to verify it.
The Exterminator ribbon will be my 20th ribbon. I dont care about the 7 day AK 47-ADV from the event, I just want the ribbon, because I truly did complete all 4 days events successfully. -

Well, I rarely send in a support ticket - it's just that when I do, I pretty much get an immediate response.
