M4A1 Custom Crystal

I have received the ribbon "MY RIBBONS ARE MADE OF CRYSTAL" for having 20+ Ribbons. But I did not receive the M4A1 Custom Crystal. I go into a my storage in the game and it is not there. I contacted Z8. But still no answer. Please Help GM's . Thank You
