No you cannot, once you have your ID, its permanent.

It is not possible to change your Z8Games username/loginID. Please note that your Z8Games LoginID/Username will always be different from your in-game character names. This is done for security reasons. Upon initial login to any Z8Games title you will prompted to enter a unique in-game name, different from your loginID/username. In-game usernames/loginID can be changed for a small fee.
