event error?

I know I have completed all of the events, i have even come back to the event page to make sure I have completed the event, yet i still havent received my 7 day soldier beret nor the ribbon for completing all stages of the event. I remember specifically checking on the particular day of the event that rewarded that 7 day soldier beret to be positive i had finished it, it was the day you had to win one HMX game as soldiers, it showed as 1 win so i just left it, thank you for you help
