If you do not have enough information about your account, next time write the information down... The only way they could determine if is truly your account would be to track in the past the IPs used by the account and your current IP, but even that is not much use. IPs can change every time you connect depending on your service provider.

The only chance you have is if you used a credit card, or something similar, and still have this card to prove it is your account...

If you don't have enough information to prove that the account is yours then there's nothing we can do to help you.

You can still argue with the support team once again, but not on these forums, since nobody here can help you besides the GMs, and that's what PMs are used for.
