So,my k/d still didn't reset.

I bought a k/d win/lose reset with bp on saturday,now more than 30 hours passed and my k/d still didn't reset.Question to mods:Should I send a support ticket or wait 1 more day?Cuz I dunno if it takes 48 hours like event rewards/ribbons etc do,resetting for first time.

Wait 24-48 hours. I really couldn't tell, since I've never done a reset before.

Nope,where exactly is the "my items" thing?
I've just checked my bp log on the clan page and it shows that I bought it.

Log on your account and check "my items". Some of them require manual activation.

No point in farming,since my usual daily kd is 2.5/3.0
Just resetting it since am playing with a char that my friend used for farming and now it takes me 10k more kills to get a 2.0 kd,and am too lazy

Wow we really can't get along, that's somewhat sad that some people don't have the social skills to actually be nice to other people.

As stated, you have to activate said item in the "My Items" tab in the Mall. From there your KDR or WLR will be immediately reset to 0/0.
