20th ribbon - No m4a1-crystal

Hey, I got my 20th ribbon today (Exterminator), but I have not got my M4a1-crystal and I have not got " My ribbons are made of crystal" ribbon either. How long is this take for database to update.

Ok, I log in today, and see I received "My ribbons are made of crystal" ribbon

, however I did not receive m4a1-crystal

does that mean that I need to wait another 24 hours to receive prize?

Yes; if you don't get it within the next 24-48 hours then send a support ticket.

Still no Crystal-m4a1, guess I need to submit ticket. Why when the ribbon comes doesn't the gun come at same time *sigh*, been patiently waiting 3 days now.
