In CF LA (distributed by g4 bawx, not the competition) kicking someone for improper reasons (using m12s, ping, etc) is a bannable offense (7 days-perm).

I think it can be done here.

They just need a screenshot of the crime scene to block accounts.

It can be hard to distinguish if the reason was 'proper' or not, and this could cause some headache to the players. And if it can result on a perm ban, it would decrease the number of players by 40% on here.

Guns are meant to be used by anyone, anytime (at least in pubs). You dont get the perm ban the first time.

Yeah, I'm just saying it could be hard to prove the reason for an improper kick vote.

All the noobs that kick me legitimately think I hack, they can't really get banned for that

1_ Im talking about "chat evidence" . If I see a player who wants to kick another player for some stupid reason I would report him.

2_ Ban for going against a player with m12s. Ye.

You didnt understand it right. He said that in CF LA you can receive a 7days-perm ban for kicking someone in-game for an improper reason (such as using a M12s).
Practical example: you kick someone because he/she was using a M12s. He/she took a screenshot and reported you, for kicking him/her for an improper reason. Because you know legally, its illegal kicking someone for using a M12s.

i accept that, but, as i remember, user can't see a voting against himself and don't know, who start voting. Isn't it?

They should do that here. And for catching them he said that if they say in the chat 'kick m12s nub' you screen shot it and thats how they get a ban for it.

I wish they would do that here the kicking here is ridiculous at times.

With a smaller community, for the time being, it is easier to police some of this kind of behavior.

In a larger one though it is virtually impossible. There are too many factors and a wrong ban could be issued. We are spending out time here removing legitimate problem people. Vote Kicking is in the game regardless of the (maybe lame) reason people are using it.

Abuse cases are dealt with accordingly, and only if proper proof can be provided. In this case it is too difficult for the size of the community we have to be searching hundreds of thousands of screenshots to find someone who kicked you cause you sprayed with the m12s.
