Golden-ak glitch?

After spending a hell of a lot of time as a free player doing surveys and what not, i finally reached 100 coupons and bought the golden-ak, a gun i've wanted for sometime. Only to put it in my bag and it not come up in game. The deagle-c comes up yet not the golden-ak.

Any help would be great. Tyvm
