Clan Match Bug!

Terrible bug that so far I yet to see anyone from Z8 even acknowledge whats going on.
We can acknowledge that we have seen a forum thread with some people posting about clan match results.
From that forum thread we can determine that we have no IGN's, no Clans and no clue when this problem took place.
From that information we can determine that we have nothing to work with. -

Problem occured on 2-3-12 thru 2-4-12.
Only affects 1st half of game.We won 1st half of games,which scores show,but everytime it awarded the other clan a win for that half.By my count we lost 8 wins from it over 2 days. -

Was this also reflected in the results screens in game?
Or was the skewed result only on the clan page?
We're looking in to the clan page right now to check the records. The records are based on the game db though, so if this was in game any screenshots of results screens can help move this along quicker (if its a developer issue).

Not quite sure if it was reflected ingame.I believe ingame it correctly showed who had won that half.Didnt notice it til I checked clan page following day so Im assuming it was just on page.Thx for taking a look into it.
Some changes are happening to the match results display.
Basically with the way the game and db works we're going to start displaying matches as "first half" and "second half". It will require a little finessing to get things right. We'll have it set up and make the appropriate announcement for it ASAP.

There was an error before that was corrected, now the clan page will show both halves of the match. However, the first half is currently being displayed as a match in its own without points which is what you are describing.
Rest assured, the page is getting a few minor tweaks to help indicate that those are halves and not full games.

Ok sounds good .I understood bout 0 points for the 1st half ,just didnt about why other clan would get credit for a win they didnt get.Thx for the attention and quick response.Just 1 more thing,if its an own match itself the actual winner of that half will get a win instead of a loss correct?Not complaining,just dont want cw % to drop ^^

i've seen the tweaks you did with the both halves. The only issue rite now is that total match win/lose stats are incorrect. We only played 2 cws and it says we have 3 lost when it's supposed to be 1 win and 1 loss.

My clan had this problem to. We won way more than we lost but after this wkd we've gone from 60-35 to 72-70. What a rip off...espicially since we won the majority of those.
Edit: Now that I think about it I think the wins/loses got mixed around. I think our loses counted as wins and wins as loses.

That's look bad my clan also >> nleashed played 3 cws and won all the 3 and in results of clan matches we lost 10 cw and i also want to tell Huggy*Bear .. something i was in !Hostile!

Might be helpful if I knew your IGN ^^ -
Rules say .. kicked if af.k for 3-5 days ..Think cuz you joined and went af.k right away over school or something like that.
it was only 2 days i put in clan message 6 days but it was 2 days and also clan says that i can apply after i come and that what i did but no response -

Not sure bout all of that but we expect people to join and play.Going af.k after 1 or 2 days probably caused it.But if you can be active feel free to re-apply and I'll look out for it if so. -

If so then why bring it up on this thread if your in love with your clan? Embarrassed over cf?Ehhh good luck to you either way but joining a clan then saying your gonna be af.k after 2 days isnt a great way to make a good impression :rolleyes:
