CrossFire doesn't connect

My brother have a problem with CrossFire. His computer have: 3.2 Ghz, 3 Gb Ram, 250 Gb Hard Drive, 512 Mb Video Card, and he used to play the game months ago. Now he unistalled the game and he wants to play it, but when he select a server and a channel, he tries to enter to any room and this screen doesn't load. Some suggestion?

Happend to me since Zombie mode came out, been 3 months now and its still not fixed, Both pc's use the same internet connection, i reinstalled windows 7-32 on it like 10 times, re-installled fresh copys of cf alot of times...its not just this version of CF it has the same error on EVERY version of cf


Works on other games without errors
